There are many reasons for your issue its called Erectile dysfunction (ED). There are both physical issue and the mental issue causing this issue. Physical issue:
1. phimosis
2. dryness
3. infection
4. Epididymitis
5. Hydrocele
6. renal calculi
Mental issue:
1. if you are having sex for the 1st time, due to anxiety can have a performance issue.
2. stressful work
3. diabetes, hypertension
4. Place where you have sex, secure place or not?
5. affair?
6. Obesity
Regular exercise and yoga will help you a lot.
