Suggest Medication For Pain In Right Testicle

My right testicle hurts, I think I pinched it the other day, It's only hurt for two days now, and it wasn't hurting today until around 2 or 3 in the afternoon, and it started last night around 8. The pain seems to come and go. Could this be due to my current cease of masturbation, or possible the multiple erections I get during the day, and don't do anything with? I know I'm a bit overactive with sex, but I don't masturbate that often, maybe 2 or at the most 3 times a week.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Masturbating 2 to 3 times in a week as absolutely normal practice.
The possible cause of pains in the right testicle can be :
Torsion
Epididymo-orchitis
Varicocele.
The simplest way to get a proper diagnosis is to have a clinical evaluation and an actual examination by an Urologist or at least a General Surgeon.
Ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the Scrotum and abdomen and to have routine tests of the blood, urine and stool.

The treatment will depend upon the causes.
