Suggest Medication For Painful Itching In Lower Back After A Fall

Hi Dr I fell down on stairs edge and hurt my lower back on the right hand side of the lower back on Friday night. No fracture but it is just painful in a way and it can still walk and sit but some positions I can since it is still painfull..what medicine should I take and sometimes the place which got hurt it s kind of itching

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you fell on stare edge and got injury lower back.Possibly it is muscular pain.Treatment of muscular pain is rest and analgesic(diclofenac). Muscle relaxant (thiocholchoside) can be taken along with it. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful.
