Hi
thanks for asking HCM
I read your query and understand your consern
First you don't have reason to worry to much as you are suffering symptoms of chronic headache which is fully treatable
As MRI is normal it means that your brain has no damages but there is a physiological abnormality (sinus transverse hipoplastic) which isn't a desease
In my opinion you should use a combination of daily treatment (such as amitryptilin or propanolol or depachine ) and NSAID for some days (ibuprofen)
Discuss with your neurologist about my opinion
I think you will be fine after starting treatment
Wish you all the best
Stay healthy
Regards
