Suggest Medication For Pigmentation On Facial Skin While Being Allergic To Adaphelene Gel, Defarin And Benzac AC

Hi Doc, I have pigmentation(freckles) on my facial skin specially aroud nose and cheek with mild acne. My skin is sensitive and oily. i m allergic to creams like adaphelene gel(adeferin), Defarin, Benzac AC. Could you please suggest any medication that could reduce pigmentation and pimple marks.

Hi,

I can understand your concern dark pigmentation on facial skin.

If I were your dermatologist then I would have suggested you to use azelaic acid cream or Kojic acid cream or glycolic acid cream or licorice extract or arbutine creams at night time in guidance of dermatologist.

The most important part is to use a sunscreen regularly in open environment and on exposure to sun.

Take a proper guidance and follow up with a good dermatologist so that all the problem can be dealt best for future time.

Protect yourself form direct sunlight.
