hello doctor...... i am right now very dark. I was born with not fair but a bright light wheatish skin. in due course of time i got immensely tanned. I then went to a skin clinic. there they prescribed me some treatments and I went for the treatments. But the results were very temporary and it was basically complete waste of money. The doctor in that clinic then prescribed me melacare. I used it. the results were just mindblowing. my skin got back the lustre, brightness and also the lost complexion. But then when I consulted the doctor again, I was told that, I shouldn t use melacare for a long period as it has adverse effects also. I stopped using it and now I am immensely dark. What should i do? Can you pls suggest me some effective, non surgical, low cost remedy without any adverse effect for getting back that bright glowing complexion. I should mention here that my job requires me to sit infront of a laptop for almost 9 hours. eagerly awaiting your reply..........
Melacare has steroid and vitamin. Steroid on long-term use causes pigmentation by itself. So that is why you got pigmented. Now you can go for microneedling and hydrafacial.
