Can i ask u something doctor i am 29 years old male and one year back i had undergone for cirumcision. Since then i ejaculate prematurely i dont know the reason which is this happened to me. Hello santhosh circumcision does not lead to premature ejaculation rather it may improve slightly.if you are ejaculating in more than 30 seconds it is not premature ejaculation.don't worry it will improve after marriage.
