Suggest Medication For Profuse Bleeding

Hi

I have recently started taking Cerazette (3 weeks ago) and have been experiencing regular bleeding for the last 10 days. It's not light but also not too heavy. Just annoying. Can I take Tranexmic Acid with Cerazette to alleviate this?
