Suggest Medication For Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy

My mom was diagnosed with PML. She does not have any immune issues, nor has she been taking any immunosuppressants and the doctors don t know how to help her and are making her comfortable...is there any drugs that can be given to her to help boost or fix her immune system to help her fight this?

PML is generally associated with svere immunocompromized conditions.
Prognosis is not good and median survival is in months despite best possible treatment.
thus first confirm the diagnosis. what of its not PML.....?
