Hi. I have a 5-6 mm kidney stone that I still have not passed from a month ago to date. I had sudden pain a month ago after fever that I went to the ER for. Then a week after I found out about the kidney stone, the pain in my right flank went away. The stone was stuck in the uterer. Now, I ve been feeling light twinges, pulsating feelings in the lower right pelvic/groin area. I m still straining my urine but no stone has passed. Is the twinge feeling a sign that it s about to pass?
