Suggest Medication For Rashes On Arms, Neck And Abdomen
My 13 year old son has a rash on his upper arms, side of neck and stomach. It is red, itchy with raised bumps. No recent lifestyle, food or medication changes. No fever, 98.6 temp. He takes singulair, strattera, clonidine, trileptal, loratadine and concerta. Can I give him a benadryl?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of rashes on arms, neck and abdomen. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like contact dermatitis , skin infection , eczema, allergic reaction and other medical condition. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to stop using any cosmetic product. You should only apply petroleum jelly and apply warm compresses on it . You should take over the counter antihistamine medication like benadryl. Consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor will examine physically , take history , order skin test for allergy and blood test. Doctor may order corticosteroid ointment, anti allergic medicine, antibiotics and may alter the dose of zolpidem or prescribe substitute.
