Suggest Medication For Re Pierced Tragus With Swelling And Headaches

Hello. Im in lots of pain from my repierced tragus. Swollen, pressure & headache. I got it for the first time last weekend but he used a gun and the ear ring was to tight so I re pierced it yesterday with a needle. The right side s fine but the lft is not. Dont want to go to the ER if I can heal it myself
