Suggest Medication For Recurring Fever

Sir,
My mother aged 54 has been getting fever regularly for past 2 months. The temp varies between 99-101 during the evenings. And her sugar level also seems to be high. mostly above 150 fasting sugar. She has undergone various blood test,ECG, Ultrasound etc. However the doctors are unable to track the reason for fever. Previously she was detected with some fungal infection and was under antibiotics. However after taking a series of blood test her reports appear to be normal. she also has rheumatied arthritis for more than 25 yrs. So far doctors say some infection is there however they are unable to identify what the problem is.Could you please help me out in this regard
