Suggest Medication For Red Streaks Of Rug Burn On Leg

Hi. I have a daughter who had a rug burn on her leg and it broke open about 4 nights ago. Its draining a clear/yellowish fluid and is red and warm to the touch. I've taken her to urgent care twice and they said it is not infected. There are no red streaks, and it's not oosing puss.
