Suggest Medication For Redness Around The Base Of Penis

My 6 month old baby boy has had redness around the base of his penis for about a week. it seems to have gotten worse and a little more red towards the tip and he is very restless and getting upset... I put A&D ointment on it earlier but seems to have given him no relief.
