Suggest Medication For Right Basal Pneumonia

good day doc. .im a healthcare worker in a public hospital. .my xray result gave me an impression of Right basal pneumonia result for my medical check.up for employement. .what antibiotic should i take?i dont really take meds when i got sick but the Pneumonia result bothers me. .i need your advise. .thank you.

You can start tab Doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for 7 days and then repeat a chest Xray. If it still shows a basal pneumonia, then u need to be worked up for tuberculosis.
