butt pain
I am a 22 year old female who has a rug burn on the inside of my butt crack.I have had this for a week now. The bruising is finally gone, but the spot is still very tender. Somehow in my sleep I have torn the skin on the inside part of my butt crack, which has made my butt even more painful. I have been cleaning my tender area every day with a wet washcloth and I have been putting neosporin and aloe vera on it to help heal. I also have been taking advil for the pain, and icing my butt throughout the day. What do I do to make the pain go away and help heal my butt? I have lost alot sleep because of the pain and I need help.
