Hi, about two years ago I was involved in a fight where I received a black eye. The black eye wasn't that serious as the pictures you see on the internet but it was pretty bad. I had iced and from what I remember the skin peeled and left a scab under my right eye. Every thing healed out okay but a dark mark was left under the eye. It kinda looks like I need some sleep but that isn't the case it looks like hyper pigmentation. I've visited a dermatologist and I was given a prescription but sadly my insurance couldn't cover. Is there a way for me to get it back to my natural skin color?
