Hello, Since your pain is unbearable you are advised not to indulge in any sexual activity or intercourse. Pregnancy itself does not cause cuts on penis. Avoid excessive masturbating, avoid uncomfortable pants or underwear that is not your size. Physical activities like riding a bike, sports activities, manual labor and the like may cause injuries or cuts on the penis. Avoid these activities till you heal completely. Get clinically examined by a Urologist, to rule out STIs and balanitis. Wearing tight underwear causes buildup of moisture and fungus under the foreskin, resulting in dryness and hence cuts and even infection. To get rid of fungus infection, take a course of antifungal medication and apply ointment clotrimazole on the area affected. Get STD tests done to rule out STIs. If report is positive, you will be treated with antivirals / antibiotics. Never go for penetrative sex if your partner is not adequately wet.
