Suggest Medication For Severe Depression And Episodes Of Rage That Doesn't Interact With BP Medication

hi, I have been depressed because of pain surgery s that have failed, one I just had and one pending. I am angry easily agitated and lash out. Yesterday my husband was told he has Gleason s 8 prostrate cancer. I am very angry that when his psa was a 5.5 the doctor not only told him that it was no big deal. he also did not watch it. It was not until my husband sat in with me on my appt that he asked the dr to check his latest blood work and psa test. Now it jumped from a 5.5 to a 10.1 in 13 months. Angry is putting it lightly. I am terrified and cannot stop crying. My Psychiatrist has put me on medicine before that conflicted with other med s I am on. Actually he has done this with the same medicine 2 times in 8 months. Now he has given me a list to choose from . Again, several of them once again conflict with my blood pressure medication and others. He always leans towards bi polar meds. As of know I have never felt so hopeless, helpless and afraid....of course I am depressed. Do you have any suggestions or can you suggest a medications that I might check into? Do you think I should get a second opinion from a different phyciatrist? Please Please help if you can. Thank you for your time.
