Suggest Medication For Severe Headache With Shoulder And Chest Pain

I am having a severe headache on the left side top of head. I sometimes suffer migraine but this feels different. from the back shoulder and some chest pain (all on left side) I am checking for stroke symptoms - perhaps it is just stress or nerve or anxiety as I had a difficult day.... Can I just take a couple advil and see if it goes away?

there are many conditions where these symptoms are present .
1-migraine- pain on one side of head
photophobia
nausea and vomiting
it last for minute to hours.
2-cluster headache - pain all over head
rhinorrhea
redness of eyes
3-check your blood pressure.
4-meningitis - it is caused by microorganisms but in this case there would be severe headache ,nausea and vomiting,raised temprature and most significant neck rigidity.
along with this as you have been complaining of chest pain and shoulder pain ,i would suggest you folowing testto rule out any cardiac problem .
ECG
chest x ray
echocardiography.
