Hi,
Firstly, you have to see if the pain is superficial or deep. It can be a musculo-skeletal pain secondary to the weakness after child birth and also due to bad postures during child care. It can be due to some pelvic infection and/or urethritis. You should get medical help immediately since it is severe enough to stop you from sleeping. An evaluation is necessary and proper further management can be given only then. For superficial pain, application of local analgesic gels or sprays often helps. Wish you good health.
