Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to the magical world of health care,
I went through your query, and from what you write it is clear that you are in lot of pain, the most important part for us to know is the condition of your shoulder joint, if it is totally degenerated then you have no options but to go for replacement, or bear the pain on drugs, so get your self screened again and see the condition, if you feel like you can send me your X rays and we can discuss the case further.
I hope my advice would have been useful, in decision making regarding your treatment, still if you have any clarifications or doubts feel free to contact back.
Thanks.
