I fell and hit my hip on a metal shoe rack 8 days ago I feel a hard lump on the hip the black and blue is getting better but I was standing on my feet for a couple of hours last night and when I got into bed omg the pain was horrible when I sit lay down hurts bad should I have an xray

Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic.After going through your query I think your You are suffering from soft tissue injury and muscular pain.Treatment of it is rest and analgesics (diclofenac three times a day after meals).
