General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. You should go for a urine routine examination to rule out urinary infection. Urine should be send for culture and sensitivity also. For such case if you were my patient then i would initially start on fluroquinolone antibiotic norfloxacin and change antibiotic if necessary after culture report. I also recommend using sodium citrate or potassium citrate in water which will be helpful in relieving symptoms and infection faster. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
