Suggest Medication For Sickness In The Stomach
hi, my son who is 10 years old had a bad stomach, with colic pain and some motions, have started with gramogyl syrup, can yu please guide me with the recomended dosage for my son. And wt other alternatives in medicine can i give him in future for small stomach infections.

According to the symptoms you have mentioned it seems your child has some sort of food poisoning. In case you are giving Gramogyl which contains metronidazole you can give him 5ml twice a day. Deworming is needed if he has similar complaints repeatedly.
