Suggest Medication For Small Pen-head Like Bumps On The Upper Arms, Jaw Line And Chin In An 11-year-old

my son is 11 years old he has small pen head like bumps, some with white heads, on his upper arms front and back, his jaw line and chin. They don t itch. I ve been treating this as eczema with Eucerin Eczema Relief but it isn t helping at all. I was told years ago that he has eczema but I don t think that s what this is. Is there anything over the counter I can use until we can see a doctor?
