Suggest Medication For Sputum And Wheezing After Cough

For the past few days i was having cold mainly running nose.but now i am free from them but got extreme difficulty in breathing and i cough hard with sputum .i believe its wheezing because when ever i take deep breaths a whistling sound comes.Can u suggest some medicines to bring this under control.
