General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain in abdomen for the last 1-2 months.
This means that the pain is chronic and anything that lasts for more than 1 week should be investigated.
I would advise you the following:
Get a clinical evaluation and examination in general and of abdomen by a General Surgeon.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen.
Tests of stool for 3 consecutive days.
Tests of blood and urine.
This should help get a proper diagnosis.
Get a course of medications as per the reports.
If no relief, go for further tests of endoscopy of upper GI and colon, CT scan of the abdomen and so on to get a proper diagnosis and if required a diagnostic laparoscopy may be needed.
This will get you the most proper diagnosis and a plan for treatment.
