Suggest Medication For Stomach Pain

Hi I am having bad stomach pains on my left side and now front of abdomin. I have been to the ER and they ruled out kidney stones, bladder infection, gall bladder, bladder infection. They also did some blood work and said everything looked fine with that but they did not know what causes my pain. I take the meds diclofenac, tramadol, gabapentin For a fall I had in Sept of last year. The ER doc gave me a pain med for my stomach pain and ranitidine which I have been taking the ranitidine for a while since about the last week of September for naseua from the other meds.

Almost all analgesics anti inflammatory drugs cause gastric irritation and constipation. your case seems to be the same.Take your drugs after meals if not so yet. change ranitidine into pantoprazole plus domperidon. take plenty of oral fluids.Add mild laxative in the night. If you can tapper your other analgesics one by one might do wonders to you or else if can stop diclofenac might help you more than anything else.Give local hot fermentation to your painful area after injury(OLD INJURY for which you are taking drugs) and local analgesic ointment will also be helpful in cutting down your medication.
