hello
It was about a week or 2 ago that i came home after traveling as a passenger in a car for a 4 hour journey, that i noticed my left leg was slightly swollen and looked bow like. We did take breaks whilst traveling to stretch our legs but i think it was the way i was sitting in the car, cross legged and also with my legs stretched out lenght ways. But a week or so on and my leg still feels swollen and uncomfortable, ive noticed that the back of my knee is also swollen a bit and i get aches and pains when ever i get up from laying or sitting down, ive heard it could be weight gain or water retention that can cause this. Can you help advise me on what i should do and look out for?? im 24 and weigh about 9 -10 stone!
