Suggest Medication For Swollen Lymph Nodes

the lymphnodes on the right side of my neck have been swollen to the point they are easily felt for the last 3-4 days and it is quite painful to swallow. The condition has gotten a tiny bit better since it started but it still hurts. Along with it I have been running a fever at night and now just today my right ear has increased pressure

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain it seems like you have a viral infection leading to fever and inflamed lymph nodes and increased pressure in ear can be a sign of beginning of cold symptoms or can be secondary to ear infection..
You should take a course of antibiotics like Ceplelexin for 5 days.
Use decongestant nasal sprays for relieving ear pressure..
Take Acetaminophen for reducing fever and Ibuprofen of Diclofenac Potassium for pain in throat..
Do warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and take sufficient rest..
Do warm compresses over lymph nodes..
Viral infection tend to subside in 3 to 4 days to about almost a week..

If still you do not find improvement consult a Physician and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
