I read your problem in detail and can understand the distress you might be having with your symptoms. You haven't mentioned if you are taking any form of treatment.
In addition to medications, you can also opt for cognitive behavior therapy if some one trained in it is available in your area. It will consist of frequent sessions with your therapist and behavioral measures for obsessions and compulsions will be taught.

Suggest Medication For Treating OCD
Hi, I read your problem in detail and can understand the distress you might be having with your symptoms. You haven t mentioned if you are taking any form of treatment. Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) is amenable to treatment. You should consult a psychiatrist for the same. Treatment with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors like fluvoxamine, sertraline is safe and effective. In addition to medications, you can also opt for cognitive behavior therapy if some one trained in it is available in your area. It will consist of frequent sessions with your therapist and behavioral measures for obsessions and compulsions will be taught. Hope this information was helpful. Best wishes.
