Hi, sir my self r.k.singh i am a pharmacist i want to know about a patient who have 47 chromosome if he suffuring from cough and vomiting with black fluid materials and also have dry blackish bowel then which disease he have and which drug will be prescribed

I appreciate your concern, extra chromosome like 47 is called trisomy and it can happens both male and female but pretty common is in male and conditions are called dawn syndrome, Edward syndrome, patau syndrome theses are the common disorder but it may not cause the symptoms that are being stated here but it has to be ruled out for other systemic disease, genetic disorders can not be treated neither it cures by any means hope this information helps.
