Suggest Medication For Vomiting, Bloating And Fatigue After Thyroidectomy

im very sick.i had a thyroidectomy and haven t had my meds for 5 months.i lost my job having blood transfusions and now all I wanna do is sleep and im throwing up,bloated and cant hardly have the energy to move around.i need a doc to get my thyroid meds.i know im not in good health.i feel like im just going to not wake up.i need a clinic though I cannot pay at this moment.

Hi!
I had gone through your question and I understand your concern
I would say that you have to start the treatement to replace your thyroid hormons .All these symptoms are caused by the lack of thyroid hormons .
In patient like you we need to evaluate first your hormonal level so we can calculate the starting dose of the medication.
We give levothyroxine 1.7 mcg/kg /day (100-125mcg /day) in the morning as a full replacement of thyroid hormons .
Also check your calcium levels ( be aware of these symptoms numbness or tingling of the digits or perioral area, seizure ).
