Suggest Medication To Ease The Chronic Lower Back Pain

For about 3 yrs or more ive had chronic lower back pain in my coccyx. i believe it was caused by the way i used to sit when using my laptop when i would use my laptop or draw. im 22 and have never suffered any fall or traumatic accident. the pain is so intense that i feel it even when im lying on my back and i cant sit down for long now because it starts to hurt a lot. I dont have insurance so i cant go to hospital and ive tried taking iboprufen (i think thats how you spell it) and it has had absolutely no effect. Are there any pain pills i can take for localised pain?? please help
