Suggest Medication To Heal The Scab With Yellow Discharge
I was in a creek with tall grass lots insects like spiders and ticks and many more I was down there 3 days ago and I had this bump on my led and it got flap and In the middle looked like a scab then yellow liquid started coming out and I peeled the scab looking thing and it looked like a little cut across and was bleeding a little then I put some neosporin and some benzalkonium chloride antiseptic towelette on it

Hi.
As per your case history of scab with discharge, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for 3 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
