Hi

You're most likely to get pregnant if you have sex within a day or so of ovulation, when your ovaries are releasing an egg.

This usually happens about 14 days after the first day of your last period. An egg lives for about 12 to 24 hours after it's released. For you to get pregnant, a sperm must fertilise the egg within this time. Sperm can live for up to 7 days inside your body. For the best chance of success, you should have sex every 2 to 3 days throughout the month.

Maintain a healthy diet.Perinatal vitamins and folic acid increase the chance of pregnancy more earlier in women than those who do not consume.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
