Hi,i have been taking cavatra 50 for hvaing healthy sexs life quiet offen.as i unable to hold my erection for a long time,my age is 28,in past i used to have a great sex's life but lost it.i smoke alot.kindly advice wiout taking any tablets,how can i inprove ma sex life

here you have provided very little information. If you have erection in anytime of day in previous 3 months ,there is no problem in your sexual organs and it mostly occurs due to your mental block.

Good psychosexual education will help you drug free healthy sex life.
