Hello there, If you purely just want to gain weight then never skip breakfast and have big dinners. Having big dinners loads your body with energy when you do not need it so it gets stored as fat. However if you want to gain healthy weight you can try having a protein supplement(one that contains pure whey protein) and workout alongside. You should focus on exercising these muscle groups-Legs, Back, chest which would give you a bulkier frame. Do squats, deadlifts and benchpresses till exhaustion i.e till you cannot even do 1 more rep.
As you age and you become 26-27 years old the body produces more testosterone which would be helpful in you gaining muscle.
