hi i haveing chest pains in my cheast heart burn thats burns the thoat sharp pains in my bowals to where i have to walk my self on the toalit and my stool is dark green and fuzzy and then it goes back to dark brown and fuzzy it hurts really bad what does this mean

Welcome to healthcare magic. It may be infection like amoebic colitis, take adequate treatment with antibacterial medicines like ciprofloxacin and tinidazole combination. Along with this you need to take treatment for reflux- omeprazole and domperidone combination may be beneficial.Take also antacid. You can take course of these medicines only after consulting your doctor.
