i had gone through your history and when i found such kind of patients with similar chief complains, i was treating them with following treatments
1. application of the cabbage leave upon the breast. it cools and dries the breast milk
2. intake of vitamin B6 which inhibit the production of plasma prolactin which is responsible for the production of breast milk
3. intake of saga tea is also beneficial. it increase the level of estrogen in body which dries the breast milk
4. Ice packs, cold compresses or even a frozen bag of peas will work. Anti-inflammatories, which do not contain any steroids, such as ibuprofen, will also help. Although these will not help in reducing milk production, they will make you feel more comfortable while you wait.
5. avoid any kind of warm sensation which aggravate the stimulation for breast milk production
i think this may help
thank u
