hi iam rama, my periods will get monthly monthly no delay i had sex with my boyfrd many times my period timings is 29th but up to nw i didnt get my period? yesterday i did urine test the test became +ve iam very afraid of that so pls give me suggesion which type of tablet i have to use to terminate the pregnancy thank u

You can buy the abortion pill after getting prescription from gynecologist and better to use under observation after getting proper guidance. Do not use yourself at home as it cause excessive bleeding, failure of abortion, excessive cramp and ectopic pregnancy that can not be controlled at home. TRansvaginal USG needed before abortion to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy. In abortion process, mifepristone 600 mg tablet orally after meal should be followed by tablet misoprotol 80 ug vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour. I n some case extra dose also needed that managed by gynecologist. Post abortion USG at 14th day should be done for safe practice that confirm the completeness process of abortion.
Use contraceptive methos in future to void unwanted pregnancies.
