Suggest Medication To Treat Runny Nose And Cough In An Infant

my baby is 5 months old and has runny nose for two months now. his cough just started and is 2 weeks..he dont have fever.the saline drop and evohaler that the doctor gave did not clear the cough and runny nose.please help.. what medicine can treat his runny nose?

Your child is suffering from a viral infection which manifests as common cold and has an allergic component associated alongwith. Give the child Montair LC (monteleukast + levocetirizine) for a few days. Also give steam inhalation if feasible. Continue the other medicines.
