Hello Debojyoti,
Weaning off from an opioid addiction must be done under medical supervision. I would suggest you to approach a deaddiction centre for the same.
You will be put on a long acting opioid called methadone. The dose and frequency depends upon your current consumption. Once stabilised on dose, it will gradually taperred off so that you won't experience significant withdrawal symptoms.
