the first line drug in mild to moderate lupus may be nsaids, hydroxychloroquine, and some immunosuppressants like methotrexate or azathioprine belimumab is useful both for induction maintenance in moderate severity lupus.
Steroids are the first line for treating lupus . For belimumab I will need to review your records to see how much it will be effective , it s not good for every case.
