iam having rheumatic heart disease now my age 26 iam using penidure 12 lakhs since 16 years iam having recently gastroentiritis problem due to antibiotic resistant h pylori can i stop using penicillin is there any other medication without side effects

you generally ADD medications to H pylori so, it would be common to have more than one. Penicillin is not among the usual ones used.
It isn't usual to be on constant antibiotics.
antibiotics are used for particular situations. these are changed based on resistance patterns so, this would guide what medicines would be used in any resistant infection.
