HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

To gain weight, you have to do the opposite of persons trying to lose weight.

Instead of reducing calorie intake and increasing activity, you need to increase your calorie intake and reduce activities associated with energy loss.

To increase calorie intake you would need to increase your portion sizes and frequency of meals. Using foods with high calorie value would also help.

It is important to remember that the ideal weight is calculated using BMI (body mass index). When the BMI is between 18 to 24.9, the person has a good weight for height.

There are online BMI calculators that you can use to find out your BMI. If it is within normal range then your weight is ok for your height.
If it is less than 18, then you are underweight.

I hope this helps
