Hello there , I am a 45 rs old male suffering from IBS and most probably with SIBO , could you please suggest some homoeopathic medicine . Further , I tried Colpermin ( enteric coated Peppermint oil capsules ) that worked for me ....so any suggestion u might have .... thanks .
