General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It could be chemotherapy induced gastritis like pain.

For that over the counter gelusil like syrup can be prescribed.

It's advisable for her to drink lots of water.

Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach.

Excess spicy foods, stress should be avoided.

However she should be consulted to physician once for detailed examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
